Resilience and Stress Management

With ever increasing demands on your time, continuous change and new responsibilities, the sheer pace of work and of course the challenges of managing your patients' expectations (and your manager's) each and every day, stress and burn out are always just a heartbeat away.

Our lively, fun and practical workshop will both inform and inspire you to think differently and adopt new, powerful and productive daily habits which will increase your resilience and decrease the impact of stress - without subjecting you to the infamous 'death by Powerpoint".
