Bid Writing For Primary Care

With the NHS and wider healthcare sector under constant pressure to achieve best value and an ever higher ROI (often across multiple stakeholders) when tendering for services, the complexity of preparing a winning bid is further driven by the need for governance, compliance, quality, organisational and ultimately patient outcome forecasts, with the attendant increased emphasis on factors other than price further adding to the pressure during the deadline driven tender process.

Led by an experienced consultant with over 20 years experience as a senior public sector buyer, across both the NHS and local authorities, this interactive workshop will give delegates a better understanding of how to review a tender and complete the bid with a clear focus on achieving higher marks leading to greater success rates.
