  • To agree the potential projects to pursue and likely timescales
  • To prioritise the projectsTo develop an action plan for each project
  • To develop a “Road Map” which includes locally agreed priorities and actions and national requirements under the PCN DES.

Outcomes
Following the program the PCN will have a detailed short term action plan, with clear accountability agreed actions and resource needs, a medium term “to do” list from which the PCN can select and agree future activity and a longer term road map which highlights future national and local developments to ensure these remain within the PCN’s thoughts and plans.

What to expect
This is a focussed, supported and interactive session. All the attendees will have the opportunity to contribute and decisions are made by the group, democratically. Clear ground rules and a relaxed, but focussed, approach to idea generation, prioritising and agreement lead to a very productive output, in relatively short timescale.
